We restock our slime weekly! Please follow our instagram and other social medias for more info about each drop!
My slime arrived melted! What do I do?
If your slime arrive melted please follow our slime care instruction to fix your sticky slime.

Contains: Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA), Borax
May also contain: colorant, skin safe fragrance oil, foaming soap, glycerin, baby oil, soft polymer clay, instant snow, non toxic craft materials.
If you have allergies or sensitivities, we do not recommend purchase our slimes. Your safety is our first priority.

Do you except returns/ cancellations?
No. All sales are final. Product is non-returnable due to the nature of our products
I put the wrong address when I check out! What do I do?
If the package hasn't shipped yet please contact us at limeslimescoshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your package has been shipped, unfortunately we can't do anything about it, please contact USPS to redirect your package!
What is the processing time?
We will ship all orders in 3-5 business days. Holidays and other occasions may differ the processing time. Make sure to check out the top banner of our website or on our instagram for the exact processing time as it may differ!
Where do I track my package?
Once your package is shipped, our automated system will email you the tracking link. You can use that tracking code to track your package on the USPS website https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tLabels=
My slime just arrived and they are incredibly damaged! What do I do?
To begin with, we have tried every possible ways to secure the slimes like bubble wrapping them and putting "fragile" stickers to let USPS know. But thing always happen with USPS being rough on packages, end up breaking them. Please feel free to email us at limeslimescoshop@gmail.com with a picture of your damaged package!
